The Eagles fan who swiped a seat from U.S. Bank Stadium will have to pay for his souvenir.

According to The Associated Press, the fan has agreed to pay to replace the purple plastic seat he stole after the Eagles beat the Patriots in Super Bowl 52.

The replacement is estimated to cost $125, including labor, since the stadium keeps extra seats and stadium manager SMG confirmed no further action would be taken against the fan for the theft.

The fan went viral after being spotted Monday at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport with a purple plastic seat concealed under his coat and later strapped to his carry-on suitcase, which sparked an investigation by the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority security team.

Brady already has surpassed his boyhood hero, former 49ers quarterback Joe Montana, in Super Bowl victories and is the only player in NFL history to win five Super Bowls with one team. He and former 49ers and Cowboys defensive end Charles Haley are the only players to win five Super Bowls.

Even in defeat Sunday, Brady was superb with 505 passing yards and three touchdowns in the 41-33 loss to the Eagles.

“Not in my mind,” Sherman told reporters Thursday, via the Seattle Times. “We’re going to try to get everything back on track, get healthy and try to get back after it. Hopefully everybody heals up the way they’re supposed to. I hope Kam [Chancellor]play and it works out however it needs to for him. But obviously [the roster is] going to look different either way.”

Sherman, 30, ruptured his Achilles on Nov. 9 in the same game safety Kam Chancellor suffered a scary neck injury. But Sherman said he’s starting to feel better.
